I am not comfortable being required to wager my own deposit just to withdraw it. I contacted support immediately, and the issue was escalated, however I did not receive any follow-up or update from the promotions team for several days non gamstop and had to follow up myself. My deposit was accepted, but the bonus was not applied.

If you actually shared the name of the site, we could tell you for sure whether it is a scam or not. That does not mean a site featured there is automatically trustworthy, nor does it mean a site not featured there is automatically a scam. If the deposited amount isn’t much, say between GBP/EUR/USD, I would simply drop the issue and play on without the bonus. The promotion clearly stated that any deposit amount qualifies and that there is no minimum deposit, yet after my deposit was accepted, I was told a separate minimum applies. Personally I wouldn’t go into Roulette with just a 20 – consider some tables are minimum 1 euro/pound etc, it’ll be gone in no time.
